Brief
Lyme Grove, just off Mare Street on Loddiges Road in Hackney is a new build development for London and Shoreditch Housing Association; a leading member of the North River Alliance.
The project, involves the construction of 27 apartments and 3 town houses.
The ground floor dwellings will have private gardens and other units will have amenity space in the form of balconies or roof terraces.
Approach
The project is to use a variety of materials including brick, zinc cladding and aluminum windows.
Woodlands P.H. Ltd is proud to be part in this joint venture with Mansell Partnership Housing; the development, which will achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3, incorporates a green roof with photovoltaics along with rainwater harvesting.
Work consists of:
- Completed internal fix out packages
- Dry lining package
- Mechanical & Electrical package, includes air source heat pump & all house air ventilation system
- First and Second fix carpentry
- Complete interiors finishing package
