Brief
Conversion of two 6 storey terrace houses into luxury apartments
1st & 2nd fix carpentry inclusive of roofing, joisting, all plasterboarding, framing for bathrooms and marble, flooring, doorsets, skirtings, specialist joinery items, repairs to listed staircases and all carpentry associated works
Approach
Remove, preserve and reinstete original floor joists and boards to new levels, Remove existing roof and replace with same, remove existing dividing walls and reinstate new oak lathe and plaster walls.
