Brief

The second phase of the Bolney Meadow regeneration is the construction of a new community centre.

This is a result of a resident survey that highlighted the need for better community facilities. Top of the list of preferred facilities were an advice centre, computer room and community hall. We will also be providing a kitchen and café and a community office.

The builders went on site in July 2010

A sustainable building

The community centre will be built to BREEAM very good standard. A BREEAM rating means that the building will bring environmental, economic and social benefits including reduced operating costs.
