Our pre-commencement checks, systems and ongoing snagging and inspection regime will allow work to progress without the need to repeat tasks, leading to snag free handovers. The need for return visits, which inevitably lead to damage and delays resulting in additional costs can also be avoided.
Woodlands have developed a management strategy which allows us to maintain contact with and control all elements of our systems.
All aspects of a project are continuously monitored to enable both ourselves and the main contractor to be aware of any potential ways to improve or increase the speed of the works and also to identify anything which may cause delay in the future.
