WPH have been trying for some time to change the approach of sub contracting and to this end we are now working together with main contractors in the new build sector of the market to provide a dynamic new system of working.
Based on our years of experience within the carpentry and decent homes sectors of the market, our innovative new systems allow us to achieve a five week fit out program within each property on a rolling program to suit a main contractors needs opening 5-15 units per week with communal areas programmed in to suit.
The fit out package includes the supply and fix of all carpentry and joinery, decorations, wall and floor tiling, carpets and laminate flooring, mastic and sparkle cleaning leaving the property ready for handover with zero defects as well as time and cost surety at the end of our short fit out program.
We are constantly looking at new systems of work and ways of involving new low carbon materials and managing our materials to reduce waste, deliveries and on site working time.
We also have the ability to carry out Mechanical and Electrical and Dry-lining elements of a project and have a proven record within these fields.
WPH are able to offer a complete service to the main contractor with flexible systems which guarantee on time delivery and cost surety.
