First BREEAM domestic Refurbishment (Pilot Project)

BREEAM is the world’s foremost design and construction assessment method and rating system for sustainable buildings, with 200.000 buildings certified and over a million registered for certification since it was first launched in 1990.

BREEAM sets the standard for best practice in sustainable design and has become one of the most comprehensive and widely recognized measures of a building’s environmental performance.

 Gas Safe Register is the official list of gas engineers who are qualified to work safely and legally on gas appliances. By law, all gas engineers must be on the Gas Safe Register. It replaced CORGI.
